Credit Card Security


We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

All credit card payments are processed by worldpay

Declined Credit Cards will incur a £1.50 fee for each occurrence. Be sure your credit card has the available balance before submitting it with your order.

Payments By Cheque (UK Only)  



Personal & Business Cheques will be held for up to 7 working days to permit bank notification.

Make cheques payable to "Akoma International (UK) Limited" .
Be sure to include copy of your order, your Name, Address and order number on the back of the cheque.
