Your total delivery time is our processing time plus shipping time. Most orders ship within 48 hours but please allow 2-5 working days to receive your order. (Exceptionally larger orders can take up to Two weeks.)
If items ordered for UK addresses are in stock they will usually be despatched within 24 hours, however please alow up to 5 days to receive your order. International orders are shipped weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Fridays.

NOTE!
We can not be responsible for damage caused by the shipping company and will not reship your order Overnight, just because you are in a hurry when the damage was caused by the freight company. While we sympathize, we do pack orders we receive with very strong boxes, bubble wrapand plastic bags but sometimes they can still manage to destroy the box during transport. We will reship once we receive the damaged goods with the orginal invoice.
