Glycerin (organic)
(Glycerine)
Glycerin is a neutral, sweet-tasting, colorless, thick liquid which freezes to a gummy paste and which has a high boiling point. Produced by a saponification process of organic palm oil from which the glycerin is extracted. Glycerin can be dissolved into water or alcohol. It is commonly used in clear soaps, lip balms, hand lotions, hair products and creams as it retains moisture and has a softening effect.
