DESCRIPTION: Cold –pressed cocoa butter is made by pressing the whole bean thus retaining vital antioxidants. This coldpressing process uses only the heat from the friction caused when pressing the bean which helps protect the antioxidants.

In addition, cold-pressing process retains a lovely ‘chocolately’ aroma available in different strengths and also colours – from a true chocolate colour to creamy yellow shades –depending what level of cocoa the client wishes to retain.

Cocoa beans are sourced from small-scale farmers in Uganda – mainly family units whofarm a combination of cocoa, coffee and papaya.

COMMON USES: Our Cocoa Butter may be used in a variety of cosmetic, toiletry and pharmaceutical applications to reduce dryness and improve skin flexibility.

FOOD:Try using our cocoa butter to make cakes, smoothies, deserts and ice cream  

EXTRACTION METHOD: Cold pressing of cocoa bean

COSMETIC USES: Use as a skin moisturiser or in conjunction with massage oils and our Virgin Organic Coconut Oil.

I have just received my order, and at first sight the raw cocoa butter looks very good quality : fresh & clean, is well conditioned...and has a wonderfull & intense smell of chocolate!! So far, so good!

I am very happy with the quality of this cocoa butter, its exactly as described in the product description..."raw" and "organic", excellent quality and it leaves me smelling like chocolate all day long. I only received my order yesterday within a few days of ordering it which has also impressed me as it was a very prompt delivery and i'm so excited about using it continously to reap the many benefits of cocoa butter.
