For many centuries Camellia Oil has been used for the care of nails, hair and skin. The oil is great for the skin as it is easily absorbed and rich in plant collagen, it is ideal for helping to prevent stretch marks and improving skin elasticity and condition over the whole body.
Camelia oil is said to have properties that make it ideal for protecting high carbon steel kitchen knives from discolouration. It is also used to preserve wood and soften leather.
