Avocado Oil is a mild, nourishing, semi-fatty Oil, rich in vitamins A, B1, B2 and D, lecithin, potassium and vitamin E.  The oil is easily absorbed into the deep tissue of the skin.  Avocado oil can be used to freshens and lift tired dull skin. It is a long oil which spreads well on skin. It can give shine and softness when added to lip balms and glossiness to lip sticks; it may replace other existing oils in these products.
