Fudge Virgin Organic Coconut Oil recipe
Merry Christmas! it is the Season to treat ourselves, my mum sometimes used to this by making fudge and marzipan fruits, so it will come as no surprise to her that I found lovely Virgin Organic coconut oil recipe for fudge.
192g Akoma virgin organic Coconut oil (liquefied by placing in a bowl of hot water)
192 g Organic honey
128 g of cocoa powder
½ tsp. sea salt
? vanilla bean (scrape the inner beans out with a spoon) or 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Melt the Akoma Virgin Organic Coconut oil blend with honey in a dry blender until it becomes a light powder. Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a large tray or something equivalent in size. Let set at room temperature (below 70 degrees) or in the refrigerator. Cut into small candy-sized pieces. Store in the refrigerator.
