Part of the Russian promotion for Gmail, it was targeted at students to promote Gmail's advanced spam protection.  The concept was that the spam filtering "cleans" the email, the soap was actually used by the students. It perhaps demonstrates the many uses of soap. Soapvertising looks like a fun form of advertising to me -I would have liked to be one of those students. However if it had been an Akoma Soap I think it would have been a better treat! (I hope you agree).
