Hand Woven Basket from Bolgatanga.

Carefully hand crafted, these beautiful baskets are traditionally used for carrying goods to and from the market. The round style and colourful weave are perfect for a range of different activities from storing craft supplies or toys at home, to using them for picnic's or plant's.

These lovely large baskets are hard-wearing and are just right for days spent shopping or gardening. As these are carefully handcrafted there can be a slight differences in the colour or pattern.

All our baskets are supplied by Cooperatives in Ghana, where the purchase of these product's, help to sustain village life and support the women and children of their communities.

Note: These baskets can sometimes get misshaped and flattened in transit, please lightly dampen the basket and push back into shape then leave to dry naturally. Each basket is made by hand so no 2 baskets can ever be the same. Colours may vary slightly from the picture and if kept in direct sunlight everyday the colours may fade over time.
