Grinding Pot Earthenware Asanka with tapoli (wooden grinder) and cover

The clay pot is also known as Kaaa by the Ga people and apotoyewaa or asanka by Akans from the Ashanti region (southern and central Ghana)

Cleaning Instructions: Wash the Asanka thoroughly with warm soapy water and bristle brush, before the first use then after every use to clean out any food residue that may be stuck between the grooves. Make sure pot is dry before storing away.
